2. Buyer agrees to provide latest current Hong Kong HSBC statement of account (SOA)
3. Buyer able to confirm this SOA is clean and clear via MT799 (this is administration hold for 45 days not blocked ), Bank Officer to Bank Officer
4. Seller is capable of selling to minimum US$1Billion maximum US$20Billion SOA in tranches.
5. Once this is confirmed receipt by Seller’s Bank Officer.
6. In 72 hours the gold will be in export documentation application preparation process.
7. In 30 banking days gold will be carried out by Brinks to Hong Kong, for 1st delivery it will take 45 days to process.
8. Buyer choose LBMA certified refinery in HK
9. Buyer's make payment via Mt103/202. After Assay done.
10. Seller pays commission
